In fact tummy tuck is more suitable for those who want solution for loose skin / stretched muscle tissue and not fat.

Myth #6 You can resume your exercise regime soon after the surgery

Depending on the amount of liposuction done and the manner in which your body responds to the surgery, your recovery period can be determined. Another thing which you need to bear in mind is that everyone’s body responds differently to the recovery process. So there are high chances that you might take a few days extra to recover as compared to someone who has undergones the same procedure. This is why you are not supposed to resume your exercise regime soon after the surgery. Most of the times doctors recommend rest from physically straining activities for a week. In case the amount of liposuction done is very small 3 days of rest is recommended. Thus it is upto your body and doctor to decide what will be the right time to go back to your exercise routine.

Myth #7 There is an age limit for Lipo

This is not at all true. As they say age is just a number, and if the doctor deems you fit for lipo you can very easily get it done. There are innumerable cases wherein people who are in their late 70s and 80s have undergone liposuction without any complications.
