Activity 28:
When you first started this workbook, you were having a hard time handling your anger. By completing these activities, you have probably learned a number of ways to manage your angry feelings.
At this point, it is likely that you have seen a change in your behaviour and that others have noticed as well. What have you learned from doing the activities will not prevent you from your experiencing anger again, but you will know how to keep it under control. See how far you have come!
For each of these statements, circle the answer that best describes you.
