Yoga, our ancient Indian wisdom is easy to find at many centers and studios in the city. The emerging yoga studios have made yoga accessible to almost everyone. This is wonderful for the young population India is blessed with at the moment. With growing stress levels, yoga training has become not only popular amongst the working people but also mandatory as part of their lifestyle.
Along with yoga sessions, meditation classes in Bangalore have also gained popularity. There are various kinds of meditation programs one can follow. To name a few…
- Chakra meditation
- Music / chanting meditation
- Yoga nidra
- Auric meditation
- Guided meditation
And many more.
While meditation really works wonders with calming the faculties of the mind, if you combine yoga along with meditation, the benefits are two folds. Not only do you step out of the class with a calmer mind, but you also attain a fitter and a healthier body with all the postures and breath work practiced in class.
There are different forms of yoga offered at the studio. It ranges from Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Aerial yoga, Core yoga, Prenatal yoga and Power yoga.
A brief description of each of these different forms is as follows:
